Craig Davis
Chief Mechanic
The Chief Mechanic role is key to success in every great team, and Craig has taken this role to a whole new level. 30 years’ experience in Workshops, 25 of which he has worked alongside John has led to a skillset second to none. Craig thrives in the modern technology which surrounds us, Master Technician for Peugeot, Citroen and the VAG group has kept him on the leading edge and allowed him to gain a reputation for fixing the unfixable.
Craig’s priority at the Farm is the first-time fix, to ensure the ultimate customer experience. Outside of work his priority is his family along with a good dose of motorsport & fishing.
John Dowds
Managing Director
At the helm of The Farm, John brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the table. With over 30 years of experience in the Automotive and Utilities industry, he possesses a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both individuals and businesses in Gloucestershire.
John is more than just an industry expert. His priorities are transparency and building genuine relationships with customers. Honesty is paramount, and you can expect clear communication, fair pricing, and expert advice tailored to your specific needs.
Beyond technical expertise, John is passionate about our local community. He is actively involved in supporting initiatives within the surrounding local communities. This commitment to community engagement reflects the values that underpin both his personal life and The Farm experience.
